Spacious Suite Experience

I had the pleasure of staying in a Panoramic Suite at Los Altos Resort. The suite was incredibly spacious, featuring three bedrooms, a living room, and three balconies with stunning views of the rain forest and ocean. The bathrooms were luxurious, and the living space was perfect for our family. It really felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend for families!

Delicious Daily Breakfast

We enjoyed the daily breakfast during our stay, opting for both the static menu and the weekend buffet. The French Toast was really good, made with great quality bread, and the rotating blended juice featuring tropical fruits was a good touch that we looked forward to every morning!

Very nice Poolside Retreat

The infinity pool was a highlight of our stay! Overlooking the rainforest and ocean, it provided a perfect oasis for relaxation. There were plenty of loungers available, and we loved having the pool bar nearby for refreshments. Watching the beautiful sunset while relaxing in the pool was a memory I will cherish!

Family Fun Activities

My kids had an absolute blast at the game room, which featured a pool table, foosball, and mini-basketball hoops. They also enjoyed spotting local wildlife like monkeys and sloths around the hotel. The variety of activities kept our family entertained throughout our stay, and it was wonderful to see them engaged with nature!

Los Altos Resort is an incredible destination where we felt immersed in nature and well taken care of. The spacious rooms offered stunning views and ample privacy, while the friendly and accommodating staff enhanced our experience. The only downside was the limited lounge chairs around the pool area. However, the delicious and varied dining options more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic value for our family escape!

The staff genuinely cares about hospitality and goes the extra mile, although the dining experience could use some improvement in service and options. My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The views of the Arenal volcano were breathtaking, and the breakfast each morning was made to order with local flavors. The staff were like friends, offering personalized service that made us feel at home. Although the steep mountain roads could be tricky, everything else made it a fantastic experience. The amenities were great, but I wish the dining options had a bit more variety for lunch and dinner.

I had an amazing stay at Los Altos Resort! The stunning pool offered breathtaking views and was a perfect spot to unwind. The spacious, luxurious rooms were impeccably clean and provided ample space for my family. However, the dining options were limited during my visit since the main restaurant was closed, which was a bit disappointing. Thankfully, the friendly staff was always there to assist us.
